Why do I play Fender exclusively?

I have always preferred Fender Amps, Basses and Strats and Tele-ies

​My first ever electric guitar was one I bought with my own paper route money, in 1977. It was hanging on the wall in the music store where I was taking my guitar lessons. It was a "copy" Fender Telecaster. It was a sort of light cream-color with chrome hardware. I didn't know the differences between one guitar from another. All I knew was that it was an electric guitar and that it was much easier to play than my acoustic guitar.
