"Sports" was released 39 years ago on September 15, 1983. It featured an array of hits like "Heart and soul", "I want a new drug", "Heart of rock and roll", "Walking on a thin line", "Finally found a home" and "If this is it." Known for their pop 80's sound layered in multiple vocal harmonies, Huey Lewis and The News personified "old school cool". "Sports" was the third release from the band, following "Picture this" in 1982 and the self-titled "Huey Lewis and The News" in 1980. "Sports" would reach #1 on the Billboard 200 in the summer of 1984 and become a monumental album for the band.

I remember "Sports" being a huge album in the summer of 1985.
